Meet Andrea

In 2004, I hit a wall. Not a breakdown in the conventional sense — but a moment where my body simply stopped cooperating with the life I was living.

In trying to understand what had happened, I found something that changed everything: the body goes first. State precedes thought. What we are carrying biologically shapes every decision, relationship, and response we make — before the intellect gets involved.

And this work doesn't stay with the person who does it. Your nervous system state shapes whether the people around you can think clearly, connect, and contribute. When leaders change how they lead themselves, they create the conditions for everyone around them to thrive.

That is what Leading from the Inside means. And it's where the real work begins.

I have spent twenty years turning that insight into something leaders and teams can actually use. Not as a concept. As a practice.

I work with people who are performing — and who are quietly aware that the gap between how they appear and what it costs them is growing. My work is grounded in the Biology of Leadership: a framework that integrates neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and the science of sustained performance.

What I have learned — in thirty years of international work, and through what my own biology forced me to understand — is that working with your biology rather than against it is not a wellness idea. It is the operating system beneath everything else.
